
The training last Monday was a succes and I had plans to do a short easy training on Tuesday. In the beginning of the day I felt good but suddenly I started to feel sick and spent a lot of my time on the toilet and above the sink producing a big "party piece ".
Possibly those are symptoms of dehydration because I had only one and a half litre of fluid for the 54 K and with lots of wind and sun you will lose more liquids during exercise, maybe somebody can tell me how much to drink for a 54 K ?
At the moment it's getting better and will do it easy and see if the food and drinks stay in my body and will postpone the training for a while untill things are back to normal. Today I received an invitation for a job interview next week and hope I will be the lucky one ! Besides this interview I have another option but this one is uncertain and I have to wait for an invitation . So it looks like it's getting a bit better with the poor economy and possibly just in time !
